Melvin serves on the Global Board of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Thought Leadership Institute, as well as on the Science Board for BetterUp. He is also a past chair of the Graduate School Alliance for Education in Coaching (GSAEC).<\/p>\n<p>Melvin received his PhD in organizational behavior and human resource management from the University of Pittsburgh\u2019s Katz Graduate School of Business. His research and teaching focus on leadership and emotional intelligence in the workplace, as well as leadership development through executive coaching.
