She is currently serving as an ICF Professional Coaches Global Board director, advancing the coaching profession worldwide.<\/p>\n<p>As founder and CEO of Coachinglab Academy and Lwasl Group, she designs and delivers ICF-accredited Level 1 and Level 2 programs that shape the next generation of leaders and professional coaches. Active in ICF initiatives since 2010, she also serves as a mentor and assessor.<\/p>\n<p>Before coaching, Jihane spent 12 years in multinational corporations as a marketing and communication director. She helps executives and teams refine vision, strengthen culture, and drive performance. Her clients span the FMCG, banking, gas and oil, telecommunications, and media sectors.
